The Office of Technology Commercialization (OTC) identifies, evaluates, and facilitates the transfer of intellectual property from Rowan University to the private sector. The OTC is Rowan’s dedicated gateway for university, industry, and government partnerships, providing access to inventions and discoveries made in university facilities available for research and development collaborations or business developments. The OTC lists technologies available for licensing and of patents issued, markets Rowan's technologies and patents to companies, and negotiates licensing arrangements or start-up venture formation.
