About WaterPAL
WaterPAL is an accessible app that puts lessons at the fingertips of students and instructors. WaterPAL also includes a set of gamified lab experiences that allow students to do and complete educational labs on their handheld devices while having fun doing so. Compared to a traditional lab experience, students need no specialized equipment or facilities, while the educational content remains the same as an in-person lab.
WaterPal allows students to easily access interactive labs, lessons, study materials, and more! With the built-in virtual lab experiments, students can select a virtual avatar and explore several labs relevant to water treatment. These virtual labs are faster and much more accessible than traditional lab experiments, requiring only a mobile phone to complete, while still giving students access to the same lessons that they’d learn in a traditional lab.
