The Division of University Research offices provide resources and expertise to support research, scholarship, and innovation across the Rowan community. Our offices assist faculty, staff and students with funding opportunities, submission and award procedures, compliance requirements and technology commercialization. Workshops are offered regularly to guide faculty and staff through the grant process.
Researcher resources
Research Development
The Office of Research Development partners with faculty, students and staff across disciplines to identify funding opportunities, meet sponsor guidelines and develop competitive external grant proposals.
Sponsored Programs
Pre-award and post-award staff in the Office of Sponsored Programs provide comprehensive support with proposal submissions and the management of award funding.
Research Compliance
The Office of Research Compliance assures institutional and investigator compliance with applicable government regulations, policies and guidelines.
Technology Commercialization
The Office of Technology Commercialization serves faculty, staff and students in all aspects of intellectual property management, including licensing, patenting, the technology-transfer process and commercialization.
Workshops
Virtual workshops are offered on finding funding, the submission process, managing awards and related topics to support the research community.
Library research support services
Rowan University Libraries provides support for research data management, journal selection reports, open access publishing, ORCID accounts, and using metrics to analyze the impact of your work.
