Rowan University IRB Meeting Schedules and Submission Deadlines for Glassboro/CMSRU and RowanSOM

Submission deadlines are for any IRB study that requires a convened, Full Board IRB review. Any IRB study that is an expedited or exempt review type is reviewed when the Cayuse IRB application is submitted to the IRB. The deadlines and meeting dates* are as follows:

Rowan Glassboro/CMSRU IRB

The Rowan Glassboro/CMSRU IRB meetings are held virtually through Webex. Investigators, clinical research staff, or other guests may attend the IRB meetings, although prior notice to the office is needed. A signed confidentiality statement is required of all guests.

Cayuse IRB submission deadlines are generally two weeks before the IRB meeting each month.

RowanSOM

The RowanSOM IRB meets on the third Thursday of each month at 9:00am. Investigators, clinical research staff, or other guests may attend the IRB meetings, although prior notice to the office is needed. A signed confidentiality statement is required of all guests.

Cayuse IRB submission deadlines are generally two weeks before the IRB meeting each month.
