Payroll Reporting Periods

Time and Effort reporting is broken out into two (2) periods. The two periods are associated with the Summer/Fall and Winter/Spring semesters and generally the following payperiods:

• 1st Period - Pay ID #'s 15 to 26 (approx. July 1 to December 31) - Summer / Fall
• 2nd Period - Pay ID #'s 1 to 14 (approx. January 1 to June 30) -  Winter / Spring

Effort reports are based on payroll and cover all 12 months in a year.
