At the forefront of climate research

Andra Garner, Ph.D., is a climate scientist and assistant professor in Rowan University's School of Earth & Environment. Using computer simulations, Garner projects how climate change impacts trends in natural hazards, including evolving hurricane intensity and flooding related to storm surge and rising sea levels. Equipped with more information, vulnerable communities can proactively plan for increasing hazards.
