Robot Hand
The robot hand experiment is used to demonstrate how prosthetics can be created in order to restore normal functions as much as possible. The experiment shows how the engineering field is connected to the medical field, introducing biomedical engineering. The robot hand can be used to demonstrate a functioning prosthetic hand that can pick up an object as an extension of the individual. The hand is built with straws, paper, scissors, tape, and string.
