Pre-Award has two locations: South Jersey Tech Park, 107 Gilbreth Pkwy, Ste. 103, Mullica Hill, NJ.  Office hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. The second location is 40 E. Laurel Road, UEC Building, Suite 1040 (first floor), Stratford, NJ.  Those hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
