Learn how to use Cayuse Sponsored Projects 4.0 and Proposals S2S through on-demand training videos from Cayuse Academy. Topics include navigating the platform, creating proposals, generating reports and viewing award information. The Office of Sponsored Programs will announce additional training workshops following the launch of a modernized Cayuse platform in fall 2026.

Workshops

To help users transition to the new Cayuse platform, the Office of Sponsored Programs is offering the following workshops:

  • Friday, September 18, 2–3:30 p.m. (in person only)
  • Monday, September 21, 10:30–11:30 a.m. (in person and via Webex)
  • Wednesday, September 23, 10:30–11:30 a.m. (in person and via Webex)

All in-person sessions will be held at the South Jersey Technology Park, Room 247. Webex access will be available only for the September 21 and September 23 sessions.
